THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE HELPING CHILDREN AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE HELP TO CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS, INCLUDING EXTENDING FINANCIAL AND OTHER AID OR ASSISTANCE TO CORPORATIONS, TRUSTS, COMMUNITY CHESTS, FUNDS AND FOUNDATIONS WHICH QUALIFY AS EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) AND PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL GRANTS TO NURSING STUDENTS.
