THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE"), OR ANY CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE, BY AND THROUGH ANY LAWFUL ACT OR ACTIVITY FOR WHICH NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS MAY BE FORMED UNDER CHAPTER 1702 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE. THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED ARE (I) TO ELIMINATE RACIAL PREJUDICE AND DISCRIMINATION, (II) TO ENSURE EQUALITY OF RIGHTS OF ALL PERSONS, AND (III) TO BRING ABOUT SOCIAL AND CIVIC CHANGES RELATED TO THE PROMOTION OF PEACE, JUSTICE, FREEDOM, AND DIGNITY FOR ALL PERSONS, IN EACH CASE THROUGH OPERATIONS EMPHASIZING THE AREAS OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM, POLICECOMMUNITY RELATIONS, AND EDUCATIONAL AND ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT.
