ONCE LAND IS PROTECTED, IT MUST BE MANAGED IN PERPETUITY. EACH CONSERVATION AREA HAS A MANAGEMENT PLAN CREATED. CONSERVATION AREAS ARE MONITORED AT A MINIMUM ONCE ANNUALLY, AND VOLUNTEERS WORK ON VARIOUS PROJECTS ON THE CONSERVATION AREAS.
